And today so far today 6,851 have listened to my podcasts.
I don’t get it. Yesterday, 31 people listened to my audio podcasts. The day before it was 1. And the day before that it was 3.
And today so far today 6,851 have listened to my podcasts. Here's Thursday morning radio guests.
6:45 - Paul Mullaney, president of Bishop Noll Institute. Says BNI has 545 students, the most in 14 years. 7:00 - Dr. Michael Foreit and developer Jay Liesor. They've developed Chillinders here localally. These are cylinder coolers that you can put under a seat at a stadium, at your feet in the car, etc. Licensed Michigan State, Iowa, IU. Stike three.
On Thanksgiving Day, our main computer went out. Had to run the station off of an Itunes player for a few hours. And since we were gonna put in an entirely new automation system next year, we didn't want to spend a bunch of dough to fix the existing system. So we purchased the Arrakis system and we'll be installing it over the next few weeks. So for now we're limping around with a backup system that has trouble reading the satellite triggers. Some dead air here and there for a few moments. Yikes. Wanna make God laugh, tell him your plans.
And so it goes with local radio. I really did set out to blog to you about the past crazy week of radio, but then God started laughing again. Here’s a few things. |
I run radio stations and a streaming video network in Hammond, Ind., and write this blog.
