Hammond Academy of Performing Arts and Morton High School choir | It's been a while, so had to go off on a rant. MadMac tried to tell me that in the past when a Lake County politician was indicted that I didn't preface it with innocent until proven guilty, didn't stress "alleged" and "charges." But when Mary Elgin of Calumet Township got indicted on Friday that I've said several times "alleged" and "innocent until proven guilty" "She's a thief. She's been guilty from the moment she took office in 2003." She may very well be guilty of everything that the federal prosecutors say she's done.... but on WJOB we go by what the Constitution says, and that is everyone in America is innocent until proven guilty. That's where the rant started. Go listen or watch it for your own entertainment. |
